Nougat, aerated confection made by mixing nuts and sometimes fruit pieces in a sugar paste whose composition is varied to give either a chewy or a brittle consistency.

Pistachio nougat has a robust pistachio flavor and a delicate green color to complement the chewy sweet nougat.

Gaz or Persian nougat is one of the favourite sweets in Iran. Gaz is originated in Isfahan and Gaz dates backs to 450 years ago in Isfahan.

Ingrédients: Sucres (Sirop de glucose, Sucre, Sirop d’érable), Pistache, Eau, Eau de rose, Blanc d’œuf en poudre, Cardamome.
